2. What Data We Collect
2.1 FindPrimeJobs Job Board (findprimejobs.com)
- Job listings you submit -- company name, job title, description, contact URL. This is published publicly on the site.
- Saved jobs -- stored locally in your browser only. We do not see or store this on our servers.
- Search queries -- logged anonymously via Google Analytics (see Section 7) for site improvement.
- IP address -- logged temporarily for spam prevention and rate limiting on job submissions.
2.2 ATSProof Resume Scanner (tools.findprimejobs.com)
- Resume files -- uploaded DOCX files are stored on our secure server to enable scanning, review, and repeat access. Files contain the personal and career information you choose to include in your resume.
- Email address -- collected when you request a full expert review or create an account. Used to send your review results and account notifications only.
- Account data -- username, email, hashed password if you create an account.
- Job application data -- if you use our application tracker, the company names, role titles, dates, and notes you enter are stored in your account.
- Usage data -- pages visited, scan counts, timestamps. Used to improve the service and enforce fair use limits.
- IP address -- used for rate limiting and security. Not used for tracking or profiling.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide the ATS scanning service and deliver your results
- To enable expert resume reviews (your resume text is used to generate feedback)
- To send you notifications about your review (email only when you request it)
- To maintain your account and application tracker
- To prevent abuse, spam, and unauthorised access
- To improve our services based on anonymised usage patterns
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating this service.
4. AI-Assisted Processing
When you request an expert resume review, your resume text (extracted from your uploaded file) is used to generate feedback using AI-assisted analysis tools. This processing is used solely to produce your review. Resume content is not used to train AI models and is not retained by any AI service provider beyond the duration of the review generation.

6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Limited sharing occurs only in these circumstances:
- Hosting provider -- Hostinger International Ltd. stores our files and databases on servers located in the EU or Asia Pacific. They process data on our behalf under their own data processing agreement.
- Legal requirement -- if required by applicable law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
7. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 on findprimejobs.com to understand how visitors use the site. This collects anonymised data including pages visited, time on site, and general geographic region. IP addresses are anonymised. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
8. Cookies
We use minimal cookies:
- Session cookie -- keeps you logged in to ATSProof. Deleted when you log out or close your browser.
- Theme preference -- stores your dark/light mode choice in localStorage. Not a cookie; never sent to our servers.
- Google Analytics cookies -- set by Google on findprimejobs.com for analytics purposes.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party marketing cookies.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access -- request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction -- request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion -- request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Portability -- request your application tracker data in CSV format
- Objection -- object to processing where we rely on legitimate interests

10. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data including:
- Passwords hashed using Argon2id (industry-leading algorithm)
- HTTPS encryption on all pages
- Resume files stored outside the public web directory
- CSRF protection on all forms
- Rate limiting to prevent brute force attacks
- Access controls limiting who can access stored data
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
